doesn’t it just make you wanna slap the kid? here’s the bratty prince from HBO’s Game of Thrones, Joffrey Baratheon. wish i had more time to put in some backdrop, just to pop out the image more. done with Copic 0.1 multiliner on the face and cross-hatchings, and Copic 0.5 multiliner for the hair and outlines. and just a splash of Copic black sketch!
BEHOLD! all the glory that is Khal Drogo! from HBO’s Game of Thrones, this is Jason Momoa with that silly blue paint. you may recognize him as Ronin from Stargate Atlantis and i think he’ll be rebooting the Conan the Barbarian franchise later this summer. today, just still working the Copic multiliners 0.5 since it’s a closeup. and got risky by coloring in with the Copic sketch, but i think it turned out pretty good!
Robb Stark! the eldest of the 5 kids, he’s got that babyface, wanna-beard look. not sure where his character is going yet, but i hope it’s in his father’s footsteps. again, with rough pencils and then Copic multiliners 0.1 and 0.5.
continuing with Hbo’s Games of Thrones characters, today we sketch up the cutest one, lil Bran Stark. decided to use a Copic 0.1 for the face details and a 0.5 for the thicker hair and clothing. in this pic, i imagine Bran is just a curious little kid, dressed ready for the adventures of the day!
