it’s like that Linkin Park song, “In The End.”  looking back on a failed relationship, you can’t help but think, “dang it! why did i have to waste so much time and effort into something that didn’t amount to anything?!”  but you know that’s just hurt talking.  maybe it didn’t leave much, but hopefully the relationship left some good memories.  and those are priceless.

roller coaster!  that was a lot of fun to draw, deciding what details i had to get exactly right, and which i could skimp on.  and that last panel worked out well with Ace doing that nudge, “you know what i’m talking about!”
