the next character design for the Hunger Game is President Snow!\u00a0 now, i’ve only finished the first book and just started the second of the trilogy.\u00a0 therefore, my vision for President Snow is quite limited.\u00a0 even so, this is how i picture him.\u00a0 regal, long suit, perhaps a mixture of black, white, and either red or blue.\u00a0 maybe yellow.\u00a0 a thick set of white hair, but with soft eyes.\u00a0 why the soft eyes?\u00a0 well, he’s got to lure you in before he goes all bad on you!<\/p>\n
